Once full payment has been made we will arrange postage to your chosen shipping address by an approved carrier, usually Parcelforce or Royal mail. If on receiving your items, (or within 14 days of receipt) you decide you no longer want them please return the item(s) to us in an unused condition complete with original sales labels and original packaging. You will need to cover the return postage cost unless otherwise agreed in advance. On receipt of your returned items we will issue a refund against your original invoice. We will only issue refunds against the item(s) returned to us in an unused condition regardless of how many items were on the original invoice.
